Troubleshooting

Board not turning on:

check the battery and make sure it's charged.
Slow or unresponsive acceleration: check the battery and make sure it's charged, check the motor to see if water immersion, check the wiring for any loose or damaged connections, and make sure the motors are functioning properly. Check remote control scroll wheel damaged or not.

Noisy or vibrating motors:

check for any screw/nut loose or damaged parts, inspect the bearings, and make sure the motors are properly tightened.

Uneven acceleration:

check the wheels and make sure they are balanced, check the motor alignment, and check the wiring for any loose or damaged connections. Check remote control scroll wheel.

Poor range:

check the battery and make sure it's charged, check the power setting, and check for any obstructions that may be reducing the range, such as hills, wind, rough terrain, etc.

Board doesn't hold a charge:

check the battery, make sure it's stored properly, and check the charging equipment.

Unresponsive remote control:

check the battery, check the connection between the remote control and the board, and make sure the remote control is paired with the board.

Unstable or wobbly board:

check the trucks and make sure they are tightened properly, check the wheels and make sure they are balanced, and check the deck for any cracks or damage.
